Chris Matthews, CTP, MBA

Bringing over seventeen years of treasury, finance and accounting experience to the company, Mr. Matthews currently manages corporate treasury engagements in the Bay Area. Accredited with his CTP, he advises large and mid-sized corporations on treasury initiatives and strategies. For his clients he has effectively implemented new treasury programs and technologies. He also works with corporations on their existing processes, re-engineering where necessary to meet the demands of a tech-savvy, treasury environment. Prior to Treasury Dynamics, Mr. Matthews consulted with several prominent firms including DHL, Giliead Sciences and Adecco, as well as permanent positions at Global Network Privacy, The Gap, William Wilson and Associates and Arther Andersen
Mr. Matthews graduated with honors from the University of San Francisco with and MBA in finance. His undergraduate work was done at the University of Colorado.
Grace Antonio
Treasury Consultant
Ms. Antonio has over 6 years of Treasury experience with solid Cash Manager and International Cash Manager expertise. Her most recent engagements include Investment Portfolio Accounting, Bank Account Administration, and Interim Cash Management Operations. She has worked on various cash management systems, including web platforms and highly automated workstations. Prior to joining the Treasury Dynamics team, Ms. Antonio served as a Treasury Analyst for Core-Mark International where she was responsible for the Company's Canadian Cash Management. She is quite knowledgeable with the bank platforms of Bank of America, BA Securities, Chase, Wells Fargo, Bank of the West, Bank of Montreal and Northern Trust.
Ms. Antonio graduated from the University of California in Davis with a Bachelor's Degree in Managerial Economics, and was a certified attendee of the Berkeley Treasury Management Program. Ms. Antonio is currently a candidate for the Certified Treasury Professional accreditation.
Henry Lee, CTP candidate (June 2007)
Treasury Consultant
Mr. Lee draws on his 10 years of corporate finance, analyses, modeling and reporting experience when serving our clients. His current engagements include investment reporting and analysis, compliance, process improvement, and portfolio accounting. Prior to joining the Treasury Dynamics team, Mr. Lee was at Hitachi Data Systems where he provided financial business analysis and reported on the company’s global software and services businesses. Mr. Lee’s prior work experience includes stints at Veritas, Intuit, Inc. and Hewlett Packard in a financial management capacity, performing economic analysis and modeling, risk assessment and foreign exchange activities.
Mr. Lee received his B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Boston University, and his MBA in Finance from Emory University.
Sue Fambrini
Treasury Consultant
Ms. Fambrini has been with Treasury Dynamics non-consecutively for more than two years. In between, she was Cash Manager at BEA Systems, performing global cash management operations for the software company. Prior to Treasury Dynamics, she was Cash Manager at TriNet Corporate Realty Trust, which included managing a $350M revolving credit facility. Her projects at TDI includes interim cash management operations, stock administration, some foreign exchange, and credit administration. She is very knowledgeable with Bank America and FleetBoston cash management systems.
Ms. Fambrini graduated from University of San Francisco with a BS in Accounting. She is a member of the San Francisco TMA.
Andrew Viets
Treasury Consultant
Mr. Viets has 5 years of experience in treasury and finance. For TDI, Mr. Viets currently provides treasury consulting, specifically in cash management operations and technology implementations. His work in the treasury technology arena includes coordinating the transition of bank reporting systems to web-based platforms, and designing an intranet website for their worldwide finance group. He has also assisted in the development and implementation of F/X hedging programs. Prior to TDI, he was a Controller for the Corporate Investment Group at Morgan Stanley where he was responsible for the reporting of consolidated financial statements, as well as the analysis of regulatory compliance of trading activities.
Mr. Viets graduated with honors from St. Bonaventure University in New York with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.
Connie Berg
Treasury Consultant
Ms. Berg brings over 20 years of treasury, corporate finance and project management experience. Her responsibilities include investment reporting and analysis, compliance, investment accounting and project management. Prior to joining the Treasury Dynamics team, Ms. Berg was the Assistant Treasurer at Intuit. While at Intuit, Ms. Berg built the treasury operations, and oversaw domestic and international cash management, investments, and risk management for the organization. Additionally, she has solid experience providing project management to the mortgage and insurance industries. Ms. Berg graduated from College of St Thomas, MN with her MBA in Finance and from Mankato State University, MN with her MB in Math.

Treasury Dynamics has created an affiliate relationship with DeWinter Associates, a Bay Area recruiting firm specializing in the areas of finance, accounting and human resources. The relationship was formed to draw upon the synergies between Treasury Dynamics’ consulting services and DeWinter Associates’ expertise in filling permanent placement and contract positions in finance and accounting.
